Connections — Customer Assistance

KCP&L recently introduced our Connections program, designed to help customers take greater control of their energy usage and lower monthly bills. Connections provides payment flexibility and assistance as well as access to energy efficiency tools and community resources, such as weatherization programs for low-income families.

The Connections Program includes:

• Energy Efficiency — Products and services to help you save energy and money
• Payment Flexibility and Assistance — A range of payment options, so you can find one that works for you
• Community Resources — Ways to connect to assistance programs in the community
